Built and used daily inside a working production company in Vienna. Owned and hosted in the EU.
The problem
A commercial production between €5,000 and €200,000 runs through four phases. Every phase produces data the next one needs, and none of it gets handed over. The producer quotes in Excel, writes the offer in Word, reads casting PDFs from the agency, collects location photos in cloud storage, books the crew over WhatsApp and chases approvals through Frame.io and email.
0 of them talk to each other.
Preparing casting selections, building the PPM deck, assembling the callsheet from four sources, collecting approvals. Nothing gets created in that time.
Only for coordination and sign-off.
In the quote, in the booking message, in the callsheet, in the invoice. Change one and the other three stay wrong.
Reference project: one shoot day, crew of 10, three cast roles, two locations, offline and online approval.
The shift
Every phase starts from scratch. The brief is read again in every tool.
One brief, one set of data. The brief is captured once. Quote, cast, crew, locations, schedule and callsheet all read from it.
The same value sits in the quote, the booking, the callsheet and the invoice. Four chances to be wrong.
Captured once, correct everywhere. Move the shoot start in one place and the schedule, the callsheet and the client see it instantly. No second version, no follow-up calls.
Coordination over email, WhatsApp and phone. Approvals without a record.
Everyone works inside it. Clients pick cast, comment frame by frame and sign off. Crew opens the callsheet. Cast uploads selftapes. Guests are unlimited and free.
